Job summary

The Office of Financial Management (OFM) in Washington State seeks a Test Phase Manager to coordinate testing across a multi-agency ERP program. You will manage cross‑agency dependencies, escalate issues, and align testing with enterprise deployment timelines.

You will lead Test Phase Leads and drive governance, risk management, and executive reporting to support go‑live readiness in a fast-paced, OneWA environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of program delivery principles in complex environments.
• Ability to coordinate large-scale interdependent work efforts with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with program governance.
• Strong governance, risk management, and decision-support experience.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise test strategy and master test plan for the One Washington ERP program, ensuring tests are sequenced and aligned across agencies.
• Supervise Test Phase Leads, including IST/MST, Workday Testing, End-to-End and Regression Testing.
• Oversee enterprise-level testing risk management, including defects, environments and schedule risks.
• Coordinate testing activities across agencies, cohorts, system integrators, and technical teams.
• Provide structured testing governance and executive reporting to inform go/no-go and deployment decisions.
