Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Lead Principal Program Manager to lead capacity and demand planning across GPU, compute, storage, and network infrastructure. You will translate business strategy and customer demand into integrated plans with strong governance and measurable outcomes.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage cross-organizational initiatives, and drive capital efficiency and margin improvements while balancing constraints and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain, operations, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in technical program management, capacity or demand planning, supply chain operations, cloud infrastructure.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs with measurable impact.
• Advanced analytical capabilities and experience converting inputs into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, planning, and execution of major capacity and demand planning programs.
• Develop and govern integrated demand plans across regions, products, SKUs, and horizons.
• Translate demand forecasts into executable supply and deployment plans.
• Establish governance, KPI frameworks, and executive reviews to improve visibility and alignment.
