Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Program Management Senior Manager to lead Platform Planning for OCI Compute, Storage, and AI infrastructure. You will translate strategic priorities into executable demand, supply, and deployment plans while coordinating across Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Finance to ensure balanced, resilient execution.

You will guide scenario planning, optimize inventory and deployment readiness, and drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business).
8+ years in demand planning, supply planning, materials planning, capacity planning or IBP in global orgs.
4+ years leading planning teams or large cross-functional initiatives.
Experience translating demand into executable supply and operations plans.
Strong knowledge of IBP, S&OP, inventory strategy, capacity planning, supplier collaboration.
Experience with ERP, MRP, and planning platforms (Oracle Cloud SCM, SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder).
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end platform planning across OCI Compute, Storage, and AI infrastructure.
Coordinate demand, supply, inventory, and deployment plans with cross-functional teams.
Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Finance, and Data Center Ops.
Lead scenario planning and data-driven planning strategies.
Own governance of forecasts, master data, and planning systems for scalable execution.
Drive continuous improvement of planning processes and executive reporting.
