Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Business Operations Program Manager to scale global AI hyperscaler data center infrastructure. You will partner with the VP of Global Business Planning to coordinate priorities, create actionable workplans, and deliver executive-ready dashboards and reviews.

The role focuses on global supply strategy, manufacturing capacity, strategic sourcing, and infrastructure readiness, requiring strong program-management skills and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and executive visibility.
• Strong ability to build and maintain program plans, track actions and risks, and drive follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for operational and executive audiences.
• Familiarity with global supply chain, manufacturing capacity, and strategic sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic priorities, operating rhythms, reviews, and cross-functional initiatives with the VP.
• Translate leadership direction into actionable workplans with milestones, owners, risks, and decisions.
• Drive program management for global supply strategy, capacity planning, supplier execution, and inventory health.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and materials for visibility into program health.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, and product teams to align plans with growth forecasts.
