Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Senior Principal Datacenter Capacity Planner to drive AI-scale datacenter capacity strategies. You will work with executive leadership, sales, finance and engineering to scope large-scale cloud demand and datacenter expansion across OCI regions, shaping long-term strategy.

Responsibilities include aligning supply with roadmap, ownership of core processes, and delivering scalable capacity plans for multi-billion dollar deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks.
• Proven track record of ownership and driving results; strong SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Align demand pipeline with supply, delivery and hardware planning.
• Collaborate with sales, leadership, and product teams to translate requirements.
• Define priorities for leadership and procurements; manage risks and milestones.
• Improve processes using operational metrics; drive scalable capacity planning.
