Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of export regulations and government agency rules.
• Experience with ocean export procedures, rules and regulations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• IMDG certification required.
• Experience with CargoWise One is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle LCL and FCL shipments from booking to billing.
• Process export documentation accurately for shipments.
• Prepare quotes for customers and overseas agents.
• Communicate with overseas agents for pre-alerts and documentation.
• Explore options to reduce costs and increase revenue.
• Track and trace shipments and provide customer updates.
• Maintain relationships with shipping lines, truckers, and vendors.
• Ensure timely costing and billing and maintain shipment files.
