Accurate Personnel LLC is seeking an Ocean Export Coordinator in Glendale Heights, IL to manage the timely movement of export shipments and ensure customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with carriers, customers, warehouses, and global partners, handling documentation and pricing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years international export experience in air or ocean.
• Experience with export documentation, regulatory requirements, and transportation processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish freight costs and prepare quotes for inland, ocean, and air services.
• Coordinate with exporters, suppliers, agents, and consignees via email and phone.
• Book cargo with shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, and consolidators.
• Issue and manage documentation including Bills of Lading and AES filings.
• Monitor shipment status and provide updates to exporters and customers.
• Maintain data in internal systems and generate accurate billing.
