OpenAI is seeking an experienced Occupancy Planning & Workplace Strategy Manager to lead strategic space planning for our GTM and G&A organizations. You will translate evolving business needs into occupancy strategies, capacity scenarios, and workplace recommendations, balancing growth, operations, and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop occupancy scenarios, seating models, and space allocation strategies.
• Collaborate with executives to align workplace plans with business objectives.
• Reconcile forecasts with Finance, People, Analytics, and Design & Construction teams.
• Create practical move plans balancing operations and employee experience.
• Maintain accurate space inventories and dashboards to monitor utilization.
