Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Occupancy Planner in New York to provide space planning, data analysis, and reporting for a client. You will help build space designs, move plans, and support move execution across projects.

You’ll work with stakeholders to create conceptual layouts, generate presentations, and maintain occupancy data while forecasting trends and ensuring alignment with CBRE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education considered.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and applying standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediate math skills; able to calculate percentages and fractions.

Responsibilities

• Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations.
• Assist with creating block or stack plans and move lists.
• Produce drawings and presentations for internal stakeholders and client-facing meetings.
• Collaborate to gain business intelligence on move sequencing and execution.
• Enter and maintain occupancy data in the system of record.
• Prepare forecasts and evaluate occupancy planning trends.
