Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Occupancy Sr. Planner in New York to deliver space planning, data mining, and reporting for major clients. You will review space needs, create block plans, and prepare presentations for steering committees.

The role requires collaboration with teams to interpret occupancy metrics, forecast trends, and ensure accurate data in the system of record. A degree and CRE/LEED certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, combination of experience and education considered.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations to real estate team and stakeholders.
• Create block or stack plans, charters, and move lists.
• Produce complex drawings and presentations for internal and client-facing meetings.
• Collaborate to gain business intelligence including move sequencing and execution.
• Manage space data accuracy and occupancy metrics updates.
