Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Occupancy Planning Manager in New York to lead space planning, data analysis, and executive-level reporting for major clients. You will translate headcount and utilization data into actionable recommendations and durable space plans.

You'll collaborate with real estate teams and stakeholders, develop test fits, and present findings with clear visuals. Strong AutoCAD/IWMS knowledge and advanced Excel skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, coaching, mentoring, measuring and rewarding performance.
• Advanced skills in data interpretation and presenting complex information clearly.
