Job summary

Amazon Inc. seeks a self-driven O2C Program Manager for AWS Strategic Accounts to own end-to-end O2C strategy, loss mitigation, and cross-functional alignment. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Tech to resolve barriers and improve cash flow at scale.

The role requires strong program management, data analytics, and ability to influence 50+ analysts globally, shaping dashboards and AI-driven action plans for optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 6+ years in tax, finance or related analytical field.
• 6+ years building financial/operational reports for decision-making.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups).
• 6+ years leading large-scale process improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end O2C program strategy for AWS Strategic Accounts including policy and tooling; allocate ~30% to broad initiatives like loss mitigation.
• Establish and drive rhythm of business: MBRs, QBRs, goal tracking and leadership updates.
• Oversee 50+ AR analysts globally; influence priorities and SOPs without direct reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Billing, Cash Applications, Finance, and Legal to remove O2C barriers.
• Partner with BP to drive upstream process improvements and enable Service Centers priorities.
• Leverage data analytics and AI tools to build dashboards and derive actionable insights.
• Lead initiatives from initiation to change management; prioritize high-impact cash-flow improvements.
• Translate goals into operational priorities and monitor progress against targets.
• Present strategies and risk assessments to senior AWS leadership.
