Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of Human Resources experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or four years of equivalent experience with a High School Diploma or GED are required.
• Healthcare Recruitment experience is strongly preferred.
• Registered Nurse strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to plan and anticipate hiring needs and identify strategic recruiting solutions.
• Execute and facilitate the overall recruitment strategy, including screening, interviewing and testing while serving as a strategic partner to hiring managers.
• Lead projects and manage a high load of positions, including hard-to-fill roles in areas of greatest need.
