Job summary

Sentara Health Plans in Virginia Beach seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist Nurse Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and HR partners to anticipate staffing needs and deliver strategic recruiting solutions.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned units, source new candidates, and lead initiatives to improve the hiring process while handling a high volume of positions. Strong communication and collaboration are essential to attract diverse, high-value talent.

Qualifications

• Two years of HR experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or four years with a HS Diploma/GED.
• Healthcare recruitment experience strongly preferred.
• Registered Nurse strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand hiring needs.
• Proactively identify sourcing resources to recruit diverse, high-value candidates.
• Manage recruitment process for open positions, including screening, interviewing and testing.
• Lead recruitment projects and address high-volume or hard-to-fill roles.
