Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a procurement professional to oversee the supply chain for New Product Introductions (NPI) for OEM and Aftermarket launches. You will partner with BU teams, engineers, and quality professionals to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement for new products.

The role involves managing RFPs/RFIs, negotiations, and supplier qualification while driving long-term savings and supplier performance improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Purchasing and / or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience using supply chain management software and tools (JDE, Oracle, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Manages New Product Introductions (NPI) for OEM and Aftermarket in partnership with BU teams.
• Manages RFPs, RFIs, negotiations, cost, and NPI procurement execution.
• Works with Commodity Managers and Supplier Quality to approve and qualify suppliers.
