Carrier Global Corporation in the United States seeks an experienced Procurement professional to oversee the supply chain for New Product Introductions (NPI) across OEM and Aftermarket launches, guiding cross-functional teams on daily procurement activities.

You will manage RFPs/RFIs, qualify suppliers with Commodity Managers, execute POs, monitor deliveries, and drive cost savings while ensuring compliance with contracts and LTAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business required.
• 5+ years experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Purchasing and/or SCM.
• Masters in SCM, Logistics or Business preferred.
• Experience with JDE, Oracle, SAP or similar systems.
• Strong negotiation and contract review skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead NPI procurement with BU teams, ensuring timely launches.
• Manage RFPs/RFIs, negotiate costs and execution for NPI.
• Qualify suppliers with Commodity Managers and Supplier Quality.
• Respond to price trend changes to optimize procurement.
• Control spend and drive long-term savings.
• Resolve internal and external customer issues.
• Monitor supplier performance and on-time deliveries.
• Execute purchase orders and negotiate prices/payment terms.
• Monitor supplier invoicing and late payments.
• Conduct strategic sourcing to support new product development.
• Analyze contracts for performance against obligations.
• Collaborate with Commodity Managers to execute LTAs.
