A local nonprofit organization in Washington, DC, is seeking an experienced CFO to lead financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have a robust financial leadership background in nonprofit management, strong analytical and communication skills, and a commitment to the organization's mission. This role provides an opportunity to drive strategic innovation, financial sustainability, and community impact while collaborating closely with the Executive Leadership Team. A competitive salary of $220,000-$250,000 is offered along with various benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior role.
• Demonstrated experience in nonprofit financial management.
• Proficiency in cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
