Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive financial management experience, including 5+ years in a nonprofit setting.
• Proven success in developing financial strategies and managing complex budgets.
• Expertise in regulatory compliance, audits, and tax filings.

Responsabilités

• Direct all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee grant-related financial reporting and collaborate with program managers.
• Present financial performance and risk analysis to senior leadership and the Board.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial partners.
