Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including 2+ in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to build scalable systems and support high-stakes financial strategy.
• Sharp analytical mind, strong communicator, and operationally hands-on.
• E-Billing experience highly preferred.
• Regional Center experience highly preferred.
• Experience in human services, nonprofit, or healthcare finance a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Finance & Planning: Support CEO with long-term financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Accounting, AP/AR & Internal Controls: Manage full-cycle accounting operations including reconciliations, monthly close, and financial audits.
• Data-Driven Decision Support: Manage dashboards, KPIs, and custom financial models to inform operational decision-making.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with regulations and lead the audit process.
