Job summary

Nuvia Dental Implant Center in Culver City, CA seeks an Accounting Manager to lead financial accounting, reporting, and internal controls while partnering with the CEO to drive growth and fiscal health.

You will manage month-end close, cash flow, dashboards, and compliance with nonprofit standards, leveraging 8+ years of finance experience and strong communication. CPA/CMA a plus; Regional Center experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including 2+ in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to build scalable systems and support high-stakes financial strategy.
• Sharp analytical mind, strong communicator, and operationally hands-on.
• E-Billing experience highly preferred.
• Regional Center experience highly preferred.
• Experience in human services, nonprofit, or healthcare finance a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Finance & Planning: support CEO with long-term forecasting and scenario modeling.
• Accounting, AP/AR & Internal Controls: manage full-cycle accounting, cash flow, and audits.
• Data-Driven Decision Support: dashboards, KPIs, and financial models for decisions.
• Compliance & Governance: ensure nonprofit/regulatory compliance and liaise with auditors.
• Collaboration: partner with HR on payroll reporting and workforce cost analysis.
