Job summary

Panasonic Avionics Corporation seeks a New Business Development Manager to drive new product initiatives and growth. You’ll work closely with Account Sales Managers to identify opportunities and expand global market presence, aiming to surpass $100 million in annual sales for the Business Division.

You will liaise with BUs and customers to bridge gaps in product development, conduct market research, and help shape strategic product plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or technical discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
• Eight or more years of product/industry specific technical or sales experience required.
• Ability to work in a complex organization with many points of contact.

Responsibilities

• Develop new products and business opportunities aligned with customer needs, market trends and industry demands.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Managers to identify and grow annual global sales targets (over $100M).
• Bridge communication between BU and customers to influence product development and strategy.
• Initiate market research and share insights with relevant BUs to shape new products.
• Create and execute product strategy plans with Sales and BU teams to meet goals.
• Lead project planning, resource allocation, and risk management across diverse teams.
