Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business/marketing or related field (preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience as a Planning Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience in manufacturing environment highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead business planning and performance management activities to support long-term growth.
• Develop annual business plans, rolling forecasts, KPI dashboards, and reviews.
• Analyze performance, identify risks/opportunities, and advise leadership.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, Finance and divisions to align strategy.
• Support SAP FY27 implementation, testing, training, and process alignment.
• Create documentation for planning processes, reporting, and workflows.
• Provide data-driven insights for executive discussions and NA/Japan alignment.
