Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles

Responsibilities

• Translate financial data into actionable insights for decision‑making.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to align financial plans with business strategy.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and scenario planning.
• Deliver regular financial performance reporting with variance analysis.
• Identify key drivers of financial performance and communicate risks and opportunities.
• Support pricing strategies, cost optimization, and profitability improvements.
