Panasonic Avionics Corporation seeks a Sr. Business Process Engineer to lead enterprise-wide process transformation, governance, and value realization within manufacturing.

You will define standards, enable portfolio prioritization, and advise senior leadership for multi-project improvements that align people, process, and technology with business value. The role requires 10+ years in digital transformation and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of professional or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Digital Transformation, Engineering, and Process Optimization.
• Hands-on experience in applying business process analysis tools including current state analysis, metrics, and business case development.
• Deep experience leading strategic process transformation, governance, portfolio prioritization, and value realization.
• Advanced understanding of manufacturing systems, data flows, integrations, operating models, and digital transformation opportunities.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, manage ambiguity, resolve cross-functional conflict, and guide enterprise decisions.
• Strong executive communication skills translating complex topics into clear business recommendations.
• Proven ability to mentor others, establish standards, and sustain continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to plan and deploy business process improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to apply process principles to business solutions.
• Ability to recognize structural issues and cross-silo redundancies.
• Proven ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected business information.
• Ability to develop metrics and analyze data to measure performance.
• Exceptional communication and visualization skills for all organizational levels.
• Ability to collaborate and move toward consensus; walk through factory environments.
• Working-level knowledge of the English language (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide value creation pipeline aligned with business strategy.
• Define business transformation roadmaps and prioritization for a healthy portfolio.
• Lead enterprise-scale initiatives across functions and systems.
• Advise leadership on portfolio management, value realization, and resources.
• Establish repeatable BPE methods, templates, and quality expectations.
• Own multi-project value pipelines and executive-level reporting of outcomes.
• Identify digital transformation, automation, AI, analytics, and system-integration opportunities.
• Develop team capability through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
• Represent the BPE Team to senior leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Carry out business process analysis, re-engineering, and change management activities.
• Work with stakeholders to identify requirements, processes, and risks.
