Job summary

Intel's Neuromorphic Computing Lab is expanding into commercial products and customer deployment. We seek a technically strong Business Development Lead to translate emerging neuromorphic technology into real customer opportunities, collaborating with customers, partners, and Intel teams to shape adoption.

You will identify strategic opportunities across robotics, edge AI, autonomous systems, and intelligent sensing, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive engagements toward

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 12+ years in technology with progression to product, strategy, or business leadership.
• 8+ years in business development, product management, or partnerships in high-tech markets.
• 4+ years in AI hardware/software, edge/embedded computing, or advanced semiconductors.
• Proven track record of building customer and partner relationships for commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic customer opportunities across robotics, edge AI, autonomous systems, and more.
• Build relationships with customers and partners, understanding workloads and business needs.
• Drive engagements toward evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and joint development programs.
• Collaborate with architecture, silicon, software, and product teams to translate needs into priorities.
• Develop the ecosystem with software, systems, IP, and other technology partners.
• Assess markets and AI trends to craft differentiated product positioning and GTM strategies.
• Represent Intel and the Neuromorphic Computing Lab at customer meetings and events.
• Own the group’s business development processes and opportunity pipeline.
