Intel's Neuromorphic Computing Lab is seeking a technically strong Business Development Lead to translate emerging neuromorphic technology into customer opportunities and commercial adoption. You will engage customers and partners, shape product priorities with engineering teams, and drive early programs toward real outcomes across robotics, edge AI, and autonomous systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 12+ years of experience in the technology industry with progression into leadership.
• 8+ years in business development, product management, product marketing, strategic partnerships, or ecosystem development in high-tech markets.
• 4+ years of experience with AI hardware/software, edge/embedded computing, or advanced semiconductor technologies.
• Proven track record of building customer and partner relationships to bring new technologies from early adoption toward commercial deployment.
• Ability to engage credibly with both technical and business stakeholders and translate customer needs into product and business opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop strategic customer opportunities across robotics, edge AI, autonomous systems, intelligent sensing, communications, aerospace, and other emerging applications.
• Build relationships with key customers and partners, developing a deep understanding of their workloads, system constraints, business needs, and adoption barriers.
• Drive early engagements toward concrete outcomes, including technology evaluations, proof-of-concepts, joint development programs, strategic partnerships, and potential design wins.
• Work closely with architecture, silicon, software, research, and product teams to translate customer and market requirements into technology and product priorities.
• Develop the broader technology and business ecosystem needed for successful commercialization, including strategic relationships with software, systems, sensor, IP, and other technology partners.
• Assess markets, competitors, and emerging AI trends to identify market opportunities and develop differentiated product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Represent Intel and the Neuromorphic Computing Lab in customer meetings, partner discussions, industry events, and other external forums.
• Own the group's business development processes and opportunity pipeline.
