Qualifikationen

• At least 7 years of experience leading provider network strategy in health plans.
• 5+ years of supervising staff and leading teams.
• Experience managing budgets and governance structures.
• Strong ability to monitor KPIs and report to senior leadership.
• Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and strategic initiatives.
