Job summary

L.A. Care Health Plan is seeking a Provider Network Strategy and Governance Specialist II in Los Angeles for shaping network strategy and governance initiatives. You will translate priorities into actionable plans, monitor KPIs, and support budget tracking and stakeholder communications.

You will collaborate across teams to standardize tools, playbooks, and processes, promoting regulatory readiness and operational excellence. Travel to offsite locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in provider network strategy in health plan or managed care.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing tactical plans.
• Experience with budget tracking and coordinating events and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into measurable network performance outcomes.
• Maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools for monitoring.
• Develop standardized playbooks for provider lifecycle activities.
• Support department forums and cross-functional collaboration.
• Prepare materials for external committees and assist with budget tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement and timely completion of initiatives.
