You will oversee KPIs, budgets, governance forums, and cross-functional collaboration with executive teams, ensuring regulatory readiness and accountability. Strong leadership and budget management required.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years leading provider network strategy in a health plan or managed care.
• At least 5 years in supervising and managing staff.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and annual tactical plans.
• Strong experience in developing KPI frameworks and governance structures.
• Budget management and event planning experience.
• Ability to present strategies to diverse stakeholders and boards.

Responsabilités

• Shape and steward the provider network strategy with clear performance measures.
• Track KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards for senior leadership visibility.
• Develop governance structures and coordinate forums and logs.
• Manage annual budget development and financial management for network functions.
• Present network strategies and performance updates to external committees.
• Lead and mentor department staff and drive continuous improvement.
