Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in managed care, provider contracting, network strategy, and healthcare finance.
• Experience managing complex, high-value provider arrangements.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership roles directing contract and network functions.

Responsibilities

• Shapes and executes contracting vision across providers and strategic partners.
• Translates strategy and market intelligence into actionable contracting initiatives.
• Leads negotiations with major providers to optimize network and financial outcomes.
• Develops and maintains disciplined contract development processes from opportunity to closure.
• Manages department budget and cross-functional policy discussions.
• Mentors and develops a high-performance contract management team.
