Biogen is seeking an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) for Nephrology to serve as the primary commercial liaison to KMEs, transplant centers, and nephrology stakeholders across the United States. This field-based role focuses on advocacy development, account readiness, and marketplace insights, collaborating with marketing, medical affairs, market access, and sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of marketing, field sales, field marketing or Thought Leader Liaison experience.
• Rare disease and/or nephrology field-based experience.
• Strong collaboration and influencing across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent listening, insight-generation, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60–70%.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional commercial plans to move key accounts through adoption continuum.
• Identify, profile, and engage KMEs and stakeholders.
• Provide actionable field insights to inform marketing strategy and launch planning.
• Support regional and national congress planning and execution.
• Coordinate KME engagement activities with cross-functional partners while ensuring compliance.
