Job summary

Biogen is seeking an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) for Nephrology. This field-based role serves as the primary commercial liaison to KMEs, transplant centers, and nephrology stakeholders within your geography, driving external advocacy and marketplace insights to inform strategy and launch readiness.

You will work with marketing, medical affairs, market access, and sales leadership to develop regional plans, engage KMEs, and translate stakeholder feedback into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of marketing, field sales, field marketing or Thought Leader Liaison experience.
• Rare Disease and/or nephrology field-based experience required.
• Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Excellent listening, insight-generation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Account Development & Readiness: inform marketing strategy and create regional commercial plans.
• KME Engagement & Advocacy Development: identify and engage KMEs and stakeholders.
• Strategic Insight Generation: synthesize field insights to inform strategy and plans.
• Congress, Speaker Bureau & External Engagement: support congress planning and programs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: partner with marketing, medical, sales, operations and legal/compliance.
