Biogen seeks an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) for Nephrology to act as the primary commercial liaison to KMEs, transplant centers, and nephrology stakeholders. This field-based role supports advocacy, account readiness, and marketplace insights to guide commercial strategy and launch readiness.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to travel up to 60–70%.

Qualifikationen

• Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to gather, synthesize insights, inform commercial strategy.
• Collaborate across marketing, medical affairs, market access, sales and other partners.
• Experience in nephrology or Rare Disease is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 60–70%.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills to influence strategy.

Aufgaben

• Account Development & Readiness: gather insights to inform marketing strategy.
• Create regional commercial plans to move accounts through adoption continuum.
• Identify opportunities and barriers impacting account adoption and patient access.
• KME Engagement: identify and engage KMEs within nephrology and transplant communities.
• Support advisory boards, peer programs, consulting engagements, and educational initiatives.
• Translate stakeholder feedback into strategic recommendations for launches and portfolio planning.
• Contribute to congress planning and post-congress insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and coordinated engagement.
