Biogen, a leading biotechnology company, seeks an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) for Nephrology, to act as the primary commercial liaison to KMEs, transplant centers, and nephrology stakeholders in the assigned geography.

You will collaborating with marketing, medical affairs, market access, and sales to inform strategy, launch readiness, and ongoing advocacy development across current and future indications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in marketing, field sales/field marketing or Thought Leader Liaison.
• Rare Disease and/or nephrology field-based experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across diverse stakeholders.
• Strong curiosity and broad knowledge of disease states and healthcare ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Account Development & Readiness to support marketing strategies and adoption plans.
• Gather insights to inform marketing strategy and collateral development.
• Create regional commercial plans with cross-functional collaboration.
• Engage KMEs and expand advocacy networks for regional impact.
• Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Support congress planning and execution while ensuring compliance.
• Partner with marketing, medical, sales, operations, and legal teams.
• Represent customer voice in cross-functional discussions and launch planning.
