Biogen is seeking an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) for Nephrology in the United States. The role serves as the primary commercial liaison to KMEs, transplant centers, and nephrology stakeholders, shaping external advocacy and market insights across current and future indications.

You will collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, market access, and sales leadership to support strategy and launch readiness.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of marketing, field sales, field marketing or Thought Leader Liaison experience.
• Rare Disease and/or nephrology field-based experience required.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent listening, insight-generation and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel 60-70%.

Mansioni

• Develop regional commercial plans and drive account readiness.
• Gather insights to inform marketing strategy and content development.
• Engage KMEs and stakeholders through advisory boards, peer programs, and educational initiatives.
• Translate stakeholder feedback into strategic recommendations.
