Job summary

Google seeks a Strategic Negotiator and Portfolio Manager to secure cost-effective data center infrastructure and manage land assets from acquisition through end-of-life. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate utility infrastructure and extension agreements with providers and AHJs.
• Support civil, utility, and building construction programs to ensure campuses are development ready.
• Serve as lead liaison with local and national utility providers for supply strategy.
• Manage development activities to meet infrastructure delivery schedules.
