Job summary

Google is seeking a Strategic Negotiator and Portfolio Manager to coordinate land assets and negotiate critical utility and infrastructure agreements for global data center capacity. You will engage with cross-functional teams and external partners to align development plans with APOR targets, delivering cost-effective, scalable solutions.

In this role you will help secure essential data center capacity, manage site development through life cycle, and support the AI and Infrastructure agenda

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate utility infrastructure and extension agreements with providers and AHJs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and firm capacity.
• Support civil, utility, and building construction programs by ensuring campuses are development-ready and aligned with schedules.
• Lead liaison with local and national utility providers to secure necessary capacity for planned data center developments.
• Manage development activities to meet infrastructure delivery schedules.
