Job summary

BD is seeking a senior sales leader to drive sales strategies for some of the largest retail pharmacy accounts in the US. You will uncover, build, and foster strategic relationships with senior leaders to deliver Parata solutions and drive measured business value.

You will own account planning, customer advocacy, and roadmap planning, ensuring cross-functional alignment with marketing, platform, contracts, and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 10 years' sales experience with quota attainment.
• At least 5 years in key account management.
• Experience in capital equipment sales preferred.
• Strong executive relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Account planning and strategy for major US retail pharmacy accounts.
• Develop and nurture relationships with senior leaders.
• Grow business with new customers and opportunities.
• Advocate for customers across marketing, platform, and contracts.
• Collaborate on roadmap planning with customers.
• Create engagement plans to grow corporate and facility contacts.
• Develop key influencers to support BD Parata products.
• Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews with executives.
