Job summary

MITY Inc. is seeking an experienced National Accounts Sales Manager to drive sales growth with major hotel brands, hospitality management companies, design firms, and ownership groups.

This full-time remote role focuses on national accounts and requires travel to client meetings and trade shows, with a preference for candidates located in Florida. The successful candidate will manage key national accounts, build relationships with decision-makers, and identify opportunities to grow revenue

Qualifications

• Experience selling to hotel brands and hospitality groups.
• Strong account management, negotiation, forecasting, and presentation skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Regular travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national accounts sales strategy to increase revenue and market share.
• Manage relationships with major hotel brands, hospitality management companies, design firms, and ownership groups.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned national accounts and build long-term partnerships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and terms while protecting profitability.
