Job summary

Cinch Home Services in the United States is seeking a Senior National Account Manager to serve as the CEO of the account for a portfolio of national home-services partnerships. You will own account strategy, financial performance, growth, and long-term value, leading cross-functional teams and leveraging Miller Heiman to deepen executive relationships.

The role requires guiding annual plans, managing budgets, forecasting, and coordinating with finance, marketing, product, and operations to drive

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive strategic, national, or enterprise account management
Proven success influencing senior and C-suite stakeholders and leading matrixed teams
Strong financial, analytical, presentation, negotiation, and executive-communication skills
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency and ability to travel as required

Responsibilities

Lead strategy and operating plans for each account with cross-functional teams
Own revenue, enrollments, and budgets; monitor performance and take corrective actions
Develop Miller Heiman account plans and manage executive relationships
Oversee new partner implementation and complex launches
Coordinate business reviews and forecast with leadership
