Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with executives and stakeholders.
• Experience leading executive-level discussions on joint business strategies and opportunities.
• Strong negotiation skills across programs, partners, OSB and contracts.
• Deep knowledge of wood products end uses, manufacturing, market dynamics and supply channels.
• Ability to translate customer needs into action through cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with customers and executives; leads corporate-level discussions.
• Forecasts and tracks key account metrics; communicates results to stakeholders.
• Leads proposal development, negotiations, and contract discussions.
• Identifies opportunities to apply WY solutions and align with strategic goals.
• Partners with Strategic Marketing and WP Sales to set industry and customer-segment targets.
• Supports in-market activities and ensures strategy execution with sales teams.
• Acts as single point of contact to resolve customer requests quickly and escalate where needed.
