Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships by developing regular communications with key customer personnel and respond promptly to complaints.
• Act as liaison between customer and company to work out details regarding services, products, and problems.
• Attend customer functions, industry trade shows and conferences to secure positive relations with customers and agencies.
• Coordinate primary communication between corporate headquarters and purchasing, information services, and accounting departments.
• Promote customer profitability by working with account managers to retain and grow accounts and maintain profitability.
