Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment operations.
• Experience leading recruitment across corporate, retail, and field populations.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, onboarding, and employer branding.
• Ability to partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North America Talent Acquisition function across corporate, field, retail, and functional roles.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies that support current hiring needs and future growth.
• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to understand hiring priorities and gaps.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate positions and collaborate with regional partners.
• Provide guidance on candidate assessment, interviews, and inclusive hiring practices.
• Track metrics and ensure data accuracy, reporting, and process efficiency.
• Strengthen external pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and market mapping.
• Improve candidate and hiring manager experience with clear communication and processes.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience

Experience leading recruitment across corporate, retail, and field populations
