Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Regional Manager or asset manager in multi-family properties.
• Strong financial acumen with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent understanding of real estate market dynamics and property management principles.
• Proven track record of enhancing property value and performance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of multi-family properties and ensure targets are met.
• Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize value and cash flow.
• Conduct performance reviews and market analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze financial reports, budgets, and cash flow projections.
• Develop and manage capital improvement plans for property value enhancement.
• Oversee renovations and capex projects within budget and timeline.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to market fluctuations and operations.
• Coordinate with management teams to maintain occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
• Prepare annual budgets and provide accurate forecasting for planning.
• Serve as liaison between property teams, investors and lenders.
• Assist in acquisitions due diligence and disposition processes.
