Sodexo is seeking a high-impact leader to oversee large-scale food service operations across one or more sites in the United States. You will drive service quality, compliance, and financial performance while guiding diverse teams and building strong client partnerships.

This role requires strategic thinking, people leadership, and the ability to influence at senior levels. You’ll manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost management to deliver best-in-class experiences and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years management experience.
• 4-5 years related experience.
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-site food service operations.
