Sodexo Group in the Dallas area seeks a Senior Operations Leader to oversee three locations in the DFW medical district, supervising two General Managers with a collective team of 17 managers and frontline staff. You’ll drive operational excellence, manage service standards, develop talent, and partner with clients to achieve financial goals and continuous improvement across multiple service lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5 years of management experience in multi-site operations.
• 5 years related experience in food service/healthcare operations.
