• Review KPI and monitor property performance, including leasing, marketing, and management.
• Review leasing guidelines and tenant financials; collaborate on retail discussions with brokers and partners when needed.
• Maintain a database of operating metrics and report trends to drive improvements.
• Participate in project planning and predevelopment activities; conduct market research and competitive surveys.
• Periodically visit properties to assess on-site performance and condition.
• Prepare presentations for senior management to support proposed transactions.
• Serve as liaison for property tax issues and compliance.
• Review and ensure compliance with PMA and other agreements; propose improvements to mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage third-party asset management services and client relationships.
• Deliver asset reports and analytics to aid decision-making.
• Educate ownership on U.S. operational standards and facilitate training.
