ROI Executive Search seeks a Senior Asset Manager to own a conventional multifamily portfolio (≈20 assets, 3,000 units), mainly in Los Angeles with holdings in Texas, Atlanta and Utah. This owner-side role reports to the VP of Asset Management and includes quarterly on-site property visits and active portfolio management.

You will drive NOI, pricing decisions and capital improvements, oversee third-party managers, and help build a technology-enabled asset management function as the business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily asset management experience.
• Experience overseeing large third-party property managers.
• Hands-on revenue management and pricing experience.
• Owner-side accountability for operating and financial results.
• Experience building underwriting models and presenting to an investment committee.
• Strong Excel skills; RealPage experience is useful.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute asset-level business plans, driving NOI, occupancy, rental growth, cash flow and long-term asset value.
• Oversee large third-party property managers, setting clear expectations and ensuring actions are completed.
• Lead revenue management decisions, including daily pricing, market analysis, renewals and leasing strategy.
• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, financial models and monthly operating results; act on variances.
• Visit each property at least quarterly to monitor asset condition and operations.
• Plan capital improvements, renovations, and value-add initiatives.
• Model and underwrite investments and present to senior leadership and the investment committee.
• Support acquisitions and dispositions and ongoing underwriting while focusing on day-to-day asset performance.
• Help embed asset management processes and AI-enabled workflows across the business.
