Job summary

North America Sekisui House, LLC is seeking a Development Manager to lead multifamily and mixed-use projects in the California portfolio. You will oversee business plans, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder coordination to deliver high-quality developments.

You will build relationships with operating partners, lenders, and government agencies while advancing sustainable design and project profitability. Travel for site visits and owner meetings is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 7 years in multifamily development or construction.
• At least 2 years in a management role and 5+ years in operating markets.
• Proven track record of leading teams and achieving results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor annual project business plans and budgets.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and joint venture coordination.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive project design, permitting, and delivery.
• Maintain relationships with partners, lenders, and stakeholders.
• Travel for site visits and key owner/ contractor meetings.
