Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field is required.
• MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a MPC development or home building company.
• Experience in geographic markets where NASH operates is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MPC portfolio team and coordinate with JV partners and regional development managers.
• Develop annual project business plans, budgets and goals for the MPC portfolio.
• Monitor plans and budgets for compliance with legal documents and strategic goals.
• Oversee product segmentation and builder strategies with partners.
• Coordinate financing activities with the NASH Financing team.
• Prepare portfolio analyses and present updates to senior management.
